We are headquartered in Singapore, but our team is remote. We are on the lookout for Technical Program Managers who are passionate about partnering with business, product, and engineering teams to achieve business goals. As a Sr Technical Program Manager, you will play a significant role in delivering company-wide initiatives that contribute to the dominance of Multiplier in this space. What Will I Be Doing? Lead and manage multiple high-impact projects and programs across various products, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Collaborate closely with senior engineering, product, and design leaders to develop comprehensive program milestones, track progress rigorously, and provide transparent updates to all stakeholders. Oversee and manage complex program dependencies, proactively addressing issues and mitigating risks. Align product and technical roadmaps with overarching company objectives, driving strategic initiatives forward. Implement continuous improvements in product delivery and project organization, ensuring high standards of efficiency and effectiveness. Champion project management and Agile best practices, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Foster and grow a collaborative, diverse, and inclusive culture that reflects Multiplier’s values and enhances team performance. What Do I Need? 7+ years of experience as a technical program/project manager or in a related discipline, with a proven track record of leading large-scale, complex programs. Experience in a start-up environment or B2B is a plus. Experience working as a software engineer or having a strong background in Computer Science. Ability to understand advanced technical architecture and product development principles. Deep understanding of development and delivery challenges, with extensive experience in successfully solving them at scale. In-depth knowledge of SDLC and Agile practices, with a history of implementing these methodologies effectively. Exceptional ability to communicate with, build relationships with, and influence senior technical, product, and business stakeholders. Proven success in driving and coordinating initiatives across globally distributed teams. Strong customer focus with a strategic mindset. Highly data-driven in decision-making, with a focus on leveraging metrics to drive results.
