About the role We are seeking a senior level Technical Program Manager. This position will work closely with a cross-functional team of software engineers, hardware design engineers, quality assurance engineers, product managers, manufacturing partners, and others to get products developed, tested, and released on schedule. What you will be doing You will be responsible for managing overall program schedules, communications with manufacturing partners, and providing project status to a wide audience within Roku. You will be an energetic team player, who can expertly manage high volumes of detail and thrives on managing multiple simultaneous programs. We’re excited if you have 7+ years of program management Engineering background with an excellent understanding of hardware and software processes Extensive experience in consumer products or other high-volume products Solid understanding of product development lifecycles Significant experience working with JDMs/ODMs/OEMs/CMs Proven ability to manage geographically dispersed teams Proficient at creating and tracking complex development schedules using Microsoft Project, Excel and other programs Capacity to own and execute multiple programs simultaneously Proven ability to achieve results in a fast-moving and dynamic environment Proficient in Propel, Agile or other PLM tools Experienced with Jira and/or other tracking tools Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related discipline required Fluent in English Excellent oral and written communication skills Must have good organizational skills and be detail-oriented Ability to work effectively cross-functionally Willingness to travel at least 4 to 6 times a year including some international travel #LI-TC2 Our Hybrid Work Approach Roku fosters an inclusive and collaborative environment where teams work in the office Monday through Thursday.
