Solvus Global is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager who wants to bridge the gap between technology development and technology implementation. This individual will work directly with internal engineering staff and external customers to ensure that our team is delivering the best possible product that we can, exceeding the expectations of our partners and customers. This individual should have a strong technical background in materials, manufacturing, or mechanical engineering and ideally have a strong network to engage with to deliver optimal customer solutions. This person should be self-motivated and excited about interfacing with customers and delivering both technical and business value. The expectation is that this person should be able to wear many hats and enjoys working across various technology & industry sectors.

REQUIRED ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS

• 5+ years of practical experience (or 2+ with PhD) in technical materials and/or manufacturing role
• 3+ years of program/project management
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Excellent organization
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• High attention to detail

ADVANTAGEOUS ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS

• Experience with agile work frameworks
• Experience managing and writing government proposals
• Strong knowledge of metal-based additive manufacturing and materials production
• Understanding of synergies between data and manufacturing
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
