While you won’t lead people directly, you will be a trusted delivery leader (reporting directly to the Senior Director of Delivery) who influences without authority, collaborating across teams to reduce ambiguity and improve flow! Exhibits strong presentation skills and confidence in communicating with senior partners, able to articulate complex trade-offs in cost, time, scope, and quality in simple, actionable terms. Pragmatic and balanced: able to zoom out strategically while diving into delivery detail when required Track record of influencing without authority and driving alignment across multiple teams Demonstrates resilience, calmness, and constructive problem‑solving during high‑pressure delivery situations Proficient in risk management, dependency planning, roadmap shaping, and multi‑team coordination Experience working directly with engineering teams and deep familiarity with agile software development processes Comfortable developing rollout/deployment strategies and partnering with cross‑functional teams Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
