Position: Senior Technical Project Manager
Location: 11305 Four Points Drive, Bldg. 2 Ste. 100, Austin, TX 78726
Responsibilities: Manage daily activities of project management, roadmap and resource planning, understand and track progress, proactively manage risks and issues. Provide cross-functional leadership visibility into progress, resourcing needs, budget burndown, dependencies, dates and escalations for projects/programs. Drive multiple simultaneous cyber security projects from start to finish. Develop and document vision, roadmaps, and plans with senior management to refine and expand the existing security program, evaluate existing tools and processes, and assist in solving for any gaps identified. Create and enforce cross-functional accountability across all business and technical groups and levels using soft and hard levers. Collaborate with colleagues within our PMO and across all other functions. Communicate and work directly with Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).
Educ./experience: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering Management or related field, plus two (2) years of post-baccalaureate experience as a Sr. Technical Project Manager or in a related position. Experience must include: vulnerability management application security, IT security governance, risk, and compliance; coordinate and conduct security projects using Agile tools; establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics; lead all phases of infrastructure projects and maintain scope over requirements, staff utilization, budget and timeline within a Scrum framework.

Salary Range: $95,200 - $161,000
