JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead and manage complex projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and IT infrastructure, with expertise in various project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and SAFe. This role requires excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure successful project implementation.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role in software development or IT infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including PMBOK, Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, VersionOne, TFS, or Jira.
• Familiarity with cloud computing technologies (AWS) and databases (SQL, Oracle).
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills for effective negotiation and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in requirements gathering and analysis for enterprise software projects.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) principles and test-driven development practices.
• Ability to create detailed documentation using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Visio).

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Develop detailed project schedules using tools such as Microsoft Project, TFS, or Jira.
• Manage resources effectively to ensure project milestones are met on time.
• Implement project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Kanban) tailored to the specific needs of each project.
• Conduct regular meetings to track progress, address issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that test cases are executed thoroughly.
• Utilize analysis skills to evaluate project performance and implement improvements as necessary.
• Maintain documentation related to project governance, including disaster recovery plans and IT governance protocols.
• Foster a collaborative environment among team members while providing leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
