EXPERIENCE YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE:

  • 7+ years of progressive project management experience, including leading enterprise-level initiatives.
  • 6+ years of experience using Microsoft Project.
  • 6+ years of experience using the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • 1+ years of experience in using Jira.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or an equivalent combination of work, education, and/or military experience

EXPERIENCE THAT WOULD BE GREAT TO HAVE:

  • Experience in executive-level communication and stakeholder management experience.
  • Experience in strategic planning and portfolio-level thinking.
  • Experience in advanced risk mitigation and change management strategies.
  • Financial acumen with experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets.
  • Experience navigating organizational dynamics and influencing outcomes.
  • PMP and/or CSM certification.

Their influence spans across organizational levels, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve business objectives.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-level projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Own project planning, execution, and delivery, including schedule, scope, risk, and issue management.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to stakeholders, providing clear communication and proactive risk mitigation.
  • Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and financial tracking with precision.
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and standards.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and alignment across departments and leadership levels.
  • Mentor and coach junior project managers and team members to elevate delivery standards.
  • Champion continuous improvement and process optimization across the project lifecycle.
