Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and detailed work plans. Resource & Budget Management: Allocate resources, manage budgets, and track costs (ETC/EAC). Risk & Issue Management: Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and change requests. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a key point of contact, holding meetings and providing regular status updates to management and clients. Team Leadership: Guide technical teams, delegate tasks, and ensure project standards are met. Deliverable Quality: Review team deliverables for completeness and quality. Methodology Adherence: Apply established project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure (hardware, software, networks, cloud). Project Management Expertise: Proficiency in PM tools, methodologies, and best practices. Leadership & Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to overcome obstacles. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
