Location: Remote, Europe Job Type: Full time position Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Oversee the delivery of high-stakes internal and client-facing engineering Pre-Sales Expertise: Leveraging our in-house technical experts, take the lead on pre-sales efforts to understand client needs, draft high-level requirements, and formulate detailed project scopes, timelines, and delivery strategies. Project Planning: Create comprehensive project plans that align customer requirements with company objectives, coordinating efforts across managers and technical teams throughout all project phases. Project Execution: Meticulously track project progress and deliver executive-ready reports on key metrics such as milestones and deliverables. Methodology Development: Establish and refine project delivery methodologies and best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our engineering projects. Must have qualifications: 5+ years of experience leading all phases of complex technical projects for external clients Expertise in agile and waterfall project management methodologies, with a track record of implementing best practices Demonstrated experience in leading scoping and requirements gathering sessions and crafting comprehensive statements of work and proposals. Exceptional skills in authoring and communicating status updates and risk assessments across multiple projects or workstreams. Superior communication and presentation skills, including a strong command of written and spoken English Nice to have qualifications: Previous software development experience Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM, CPO, ITIL, etc. Experience in a business analyst role or similar capacity Why join Janea Systems?
