Transforming Waste into Value At Kanadevia Inova, we pride ourselves on being at the forefront of waste-to-X technology. We are not just waste managers; we are creators of value from what communities discard. Your role at Kanadevia Inova directly contributes to turning something once considered useless - waste - into something invaluable: energy, heat, hydrogen, fertilizer, and beyond. Job Description Project & Site Campaign Planning: Support the Technical department during planning, tendering, and quotation phases; contribute to erection concepts, assembly strategies, pre‑fabrication approaches, welding volume planning, sequencing, tooling, personnel histograms, HSE measures, and early project structuring for internal KVI customers. Site Leadership & Representation: Lead site campaigns within defined battery limits; represent KVI towards customers, authorities, subcontractors, and partners; ensure contractual compliance; carry out capacity and operational planning; provide technical and organisational leadership. Site Execution & Coordination: Manage, supervise, and coordinate site teams and subcontractors until handover to commissioning; control execution against contracts, schedules, erection plans, and technical documentation; monitor progress, materials availability, and implement corrective measures for deviations. QHSE, Quality & Compliance: Ensure compliance with QHSE, legal, environmental, and working regulations; issue site instructions and guidelines; coordinate quality controls, incoming material inspections, defect management, approvals, and maintain complete, up‑to‑date technical and as‑built documentation. Commercial Control, Reporting & Knowledge Transfer: Monitor time & material works, document and defend claims, manage additional costs, maintain site archives, open points and acceptance protocols; use site management software; report risks and deviations; contribute to REX and support tender phases with lessons learned. Qualifications Education & Technical Background: Engineering degree (Bachelor/Master) in mechanical or industrial engineering, or technician/master craftsman with comparable experience, with solid capability in preparing technical documentation such as site reports, installation concepts, and HSE documents. Erection & Industry Experience: 7+ years of experience leading erection campaigns for boiler pressure parts and pipework packages; experience with incineration grates is desirable, preferably within industrial boiler projects. Contract & Sub‑contractor Coordination: Proven experience coordinating construction and installation contracts, managing subcontractors, and overseeing erection activities on complex industrial sites. Safety, Leadership & Problem Solving: Assertive, communicative leader with a hands‑on mentality, able to work independently on complex tasks, demonstrate strong team spirit, and apply practical, solution‑oriented thinking. Languages, IT & Mobility: Confident user of MS Office and common software tools, good command of English and/or German, and high flexibility for international travel and long‑term site assignments across Europe.
