What You'll Do Build and enforce end-to-end project governance across Sully.ai’s agents and teams. Define sprint cadence and delivery standards to accelerate cross-functional execution. Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for rapid, high-quality releases. Translate complex technical milestones into clear stakeholder communication. Establish playbooks and repeatable frameworks for engineering delivery. What You Must Bring 7+ years in technical project/program management, with at least 3 in early-stage startups. Strong command of Agile methodologies (JIRA, retrospectives, sprint planning). Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions). Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and scripting in Python/Bash. Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders. First-Month Focus Audit current project workflows and delivery bottlenecks across teams. Define sprint cadence and reporting structure for all active projects. Stand up initial CI/CD improvements to shorten release cycles. 90 Days OKRs Establish a repeatable delivery framework adopted across all technical projects.
