Senior Technical Project Manager | Dublin | Hybrid | PermanentHiring on behalf of a leading Microsoft solutions and managed services partner, seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of complex technology projects across cloud, enterprise applications, and Data AI workstreams.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end planning and delivery across technical workstreams, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, and resources are actively managedMaintain clear delivery plans, milestones, RAID logs, actions, decisions, and dependency trackersRun effective governance forums, status reporting, change control, and escalation routes aligned to PMO and client expectationsAct as day-to-day delivery interface between clients, technical leads, and third-party vendorsTranslate technical progress, blockers, and decisions into clear updates for business and senior stakeholdersWork with architects and technical leads to ensure delivery plans reflect agreed architecture, security, integration, and quality requirementsCoordinate delivery of Data and AI workstreams including planning, dependencies, risks, and reportingIdentify, manage, and escalate delivery, technical, and commercial risks before they impact outcomesManage cross-workstream dependencies and ensure actions are owned, tracked, and closedSupport controlled change, adoption, documentation, handover, and transition to live serviceRequirements7-10+ years' experience delivering technology projects in medium or large organisations3-5+ years' managing complex technical projects or programmes across multiple teams or vendorsStrong project management discipline across planning, RAID, governance, reporting, financial control, and change controlGood technical fluency across Microsoft cloud - Azure, M365, SharePoint, Power Platform, and/or data platformsExperience working with architects, developers, testers, infrastructure, security, and data teamsExperience in regulated, public sector, or enterprise delivery environmentsPM certification desirable - PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile, SAFe, or Microsoft equivalent Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
