We are looking to expand our team with brilliant minds who want to develop our technology and join our mission, and are now looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager. What you'll get to do As a Senior Technical Project Manager at SeaPattern, you will lead complex technical and R&D projects from early concept to real-world deployment. You will be responsible for turning ambitious company goals into structured execution, ensuring alignment across teams, managing risks, and delivering results. This is a highly cross-functional role where you will work closely with engineering, operations, product, and leadership to ensure our technology moves from development to scalable implementation. Your main responsibilities will be to: Lead end-to-end delivery of technical and R&D projects from scoping and planning to execution and follow-up Build and manage project plans, roadmaps, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation Ensure projects meet scope, budget, timeline, and quality targets Identify risks, dependencies, and regulatory considerations, and drive mitigation strategies Establish clear reporting structures, dashboards, and documentation for decision-making Act as the main point of contact between internal teams, partners, suppliers, and authorities Drive alignment and progress across engineering, operations, product, and leadership Continuously improve project management processes, tools, and ways of working We are looking for the following qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field 10+ years of experience leading complex technical or engineering projects end-to-end Strong track record of delivering projects on scope, budget, and schedule Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, product, and external partners Familiarity with regulatory, permitting, and risk management in energy or infrastructure is a plus Proficiency with modern project management tools; PMP or similar certification is a plus Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset Why Join SeaPattern?
