We’re looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to help us find, attract, engage, and hire the best Product, Design & Data talent. We’re looking for a full-cycle Recruiting generalist who takes pride in balancing strong candidate and stakeholder relationships, knows what metrics to track to drive success, utilizes creative sourcing methods, is energized by experimenting with AI tools, operates with a sense of urgency, and enjoys working in a startup environment.

  • The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We’ve structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
  • United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
  • Zone A: $115,000 - $150,000
  • Zone B: $108,000 - $141,000
  • Zone C: $101,000 - $130,000

  • Reporting to the Engineering Recruiting Lead

As a Senior Technical Recruiter (Fixed-Term), you will…

  • Develop collaborative relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring goals and act as a thought partner in building out their orgs
  • Source, screen, and close a diverse and high-performing set of candidates for a variety of roles across our engineering department
  • Advocate for top candidate experience by setting expectations, communicating timely updates, and providing actionable feedback
  • Work with the Talent team on a variety of projects that supports the whole teams’ goals (e.g. training, employer brand work, sourcing strategies, metrics)
  • Continuously evaluate the efficacy of our processes and drive operational improvements and efficiencies to help up level our team
  • Mentor, train, and share best practices with other members of the team
