Job Description We have an AI-startup client who is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter. This position is hybrid in either San Francisco or Palo Alto. It is a year-long contract with the strong possibility of converting in full-time. They are open to hiring remotely outside the Bay Area, but will not convert anyone not in the Bay Area. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier technical talent for our AI-startup client Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job descriptions Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including initial screenings, technical evaluations, and cultural fit interviews Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information Organize and coordinate interview schedules, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates through regular communication and networking Qualifications ​​​​​Able to commute to San Francisco or Palo Alto at least one day a week 4+ years of technical recruiting experience Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Proven track record of successfully placing technical candidates for an AI start-up Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
