Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to focus on hiring for our Manufacturing, Production, and Supply Chain teams. In this individual contributor role, you will manage full-cycle recruiting, working closely with the VP of Manufacturing and supply chain leadership. You must be willing to split your time between our Hayward manufacturing facility and our Palo Alto office. This is a high-impact opportunity to recruit top-tier operations talent and support the scale-up of a category-defining robotics company. You’ll be empowered to innovate across talent processes while driving quality and speed in hiring. Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles in Manufacturing, Production, and Supply Chain Partner directly with the VP of Manufacturing and hiring managers to understand needs, define roles, and calibrate candidate profiles Proactively source top-tier candidates through outbound outreach, networking, and industry events Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding Lead and refine interview processes, scorecards, and evaluation frameworks for consistency and effectiveness Champion 1X’s employer brand within manufacturing and supply chain communities Collaborate cross-functionally with People Operations and HR to improve recruiting tools and systems Extensive full-cycle recruiting experience for manufacturing and supply chain roles, ideally within high-growth hardware tech companies Proven success sourcing and hiring in competitive markets such as the Bay Area Deep understanding of manufacturing operations and global supply chain functions High agency and autonomy—you take initiative and consistently deliver results Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset with a focus on quality hires Must be willing to split time between our Hayward manufacturing facility and our Palo Alto office Prior experience recruiting for robotics or hardware manufacturing teams is a plus Background or education in supply chain, operations, or manufacturing is a bonus Experience with employer branding or talent marketing in deep tech spaces is preferred Benefits & Compensation Salary Range: $132,000 – $186,000 Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Equal Opportunity Employer 1X is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
