Unison Consulting Pte Ltd is looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team. This role is critical in helping us identify, attract, and hire top-tier technical talent to meet the evolving needs of our clients. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will leverage your expertise in the technology field to source candidates, conduct thorough assessments, and guide hiring managers through the recruitment process. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles, from sourcing candidates to offer negotiation. Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-quality technical talent. Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and build strong, collaborative relationships. Conduct in-depth interviews and evaluations to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit. Utilize various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify passive candidates. Stay current with industry trends and the latest technologies to provide insights during the recruitment process. Mentor and support junior recruiters, sharing best practices and strategies for success. Analyze recruitment data and metrics to make informed decisions and improve processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, with a strong track record in sourcing and hiring for IT roles. Extensive knowledge of the technology landscape and familiarity with various programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficient in using ATS systems, social media, and recruitment tools. Experience with data-driven recruitment metrics and analysis.
