MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * 3 years of experience in a recruiting or sourcing role. * Experience sourcing at an executive level (e.g niche talent, executive search firm, recruitment agency, or in-house corporate talent team). * Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting information. * Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
