We’re looking for an expert who thrives on problem-solving, partnerships, and continuous improvement.   What you’ll do: Own end-user computing infrastructure: design, install, maintain, integrate, and upgrade desktop environments with thorough testing and validation. Lead production deployments: coordinate repairs and changes and develop clear work instructions to identify and prioritize issues. 3rd-level escalation point: partner with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex problems swiftly. Align solutions with business needs: collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams to draft configurations, roadmaps, diagrams, standards, and procedures. Drive improvement: produce reports with actionable recommendations for continuous enhancement. Keep it organized: maintain accurate records, respond promptly per departmental protocols, and build strong stakeholder relationships for smooth ICT delivery. Knowledge steward: develop and sustain expertise across diverse hardware, software, and technologies. Deliver on time: manage deliverables to meet target outcomes and schedules.     For further information please click here to view the role description   About you Demonstrated extensive technical knowledge and experience in managing large end user device fleets across multiple vendors, operating systems and management platforms. Specifically, across platforms such as Microsoft Intune and Configuration manager. Strong customer service experience, focusing on solution delivery and vendor engagement. Hands-on experience with end-user computing, desktop environments, and related testing/validation processes. Demonstrated experience in implementing ASD Essential 8 cyber security controls, particularly within the context of End User Compute. Strong ability to coordinate deployments, create detailed work instructions, and prioritise issues. Proven track record as a 3rd-level escalation points or senior technical escalation role. Excellent collaboration skills with stakeholders and vendors.
