Position: Senior Technical Consultant (SuccessFactors)
Our team is looking for a highly experienced Senior Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role demands advanced expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in integration development, along with prior leadership experience. Proficiency in SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration), Integration Center, and SuccessFactors APIs is required, and knowledge of Dell Boomi is highly preferred. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing post-go-live support to clients, offering technical guidance, and ensuring the smooth implementation of integration solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 3–5 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, including system integration and configuration.
  • Certification in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules (Associate or Professional level).
  • Proven track record in managing SAP SuccessFactors integrations, with expertise in Boomi, SAP CPI, and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (certifications are advantageous).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage technical integration projects and provide effective support to clients.
  • Experience leading and guiding technical teams, especially in client-facing roles.
Responsibilities
  • Gain a thorough understanding of client business objectives and requirements to design and configure SAP SuccessFactors solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Evaluate existing integration setups, address technical issues, and implement necessary updates or modifications.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.
  • Maintain the quality of system configurations and project deliverables while adhering to best practices and industry standards.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior consultants to foster their professional development.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to progress updates on client engagements.
  • Simplify complex technical concepts and effectively communicate them to clients and team members.
  • Assess workloads and plan tasks efficiently for yourself and the team.
  • Maintain accurate records of time, expenses, and deliverables for ongoing projects.
  • Contribute to additional internal initiatives, such as process improvements and reporting activities.
