SENIOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST – ISAM (IVIA) INFRASTRUCTURE:

On behalf of our technology client, Procom is searching for a Senior Technical Support Analyst – ISAM (IVIA) Infrastructure for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

SENIOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST – ISAM (IVIA) INFRASTRUCTURE - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The project involves moving ISAM from physical to virtual appliances. The Senior Technical Support Analyst will handle non-production requests, review and deploy production changes, and troubleshoot incidents related to the ISAM infrastructure.

SENIOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST – ISAM (IVIA) INFRASTRUCTURE - MANDATORY SKILLS:

• ISAM appliance administration/build
• Configure ISAM appliance(s) and supporting components
• Operational knowledge of 2-way TLS
• Certificate management experience
• Fundamental TCP/IP, routing, DNS
• Unix operating systems knowledge (Linux, AIX)
• Unix/Linux scripting

SENIOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST – ISAM (IVIA) INFRASTRUCTURE – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

• Automation: Ansible
• Virtualization: VMWare
• Web Services: REST
• RDBMS databases - DB2, SQL
• F5 Load balancing experience

• Handle non-production requests from ISAM AppDev team
• Review, plan, and deploy production changes
• Execute project-related build activities
• Troubleshoot incidents
