Job Description Are you passionate about improving systems, enhancing customer outcomes and driving digital transformation? We’re looking for a Senior Technical Systems Specialist to help shape and evolve the tools and technologies that sit at the heart of our PRT Technical Services function. If you enjoy solving complex problems, collaborating across teams, and delivering meaningful improvements, we’d love to hear from you. What you'll be doing: Delivering enhancements and improvements to the ALPS Administration System and other core technical systems Collaborating with product owners, business specialists and technical teams to develop high‑quality, production‑ready solutions Gathering and validating requirements and producing business analysis and technical specifications Supporting Agile and LEAN ways of working to drive continuous improvement across processes and systems Ensuring clear requirement traceability and contributing to robust testing approaches including UAT, BAT and PAT Providing expertise to loading and administration teams, including support on migration and new scheme activities Engaging internal stakeholders and relevant third parties to ensure smooth implementation of system and process changes Sharing key updates with stakeholders to enable excellent customer outcomes at all stages Who we're looking for: Experience delivering technology or process change within complex operational environments Strong knowledge of ALPS or other Defined Benefits administration systems, plus business analysis and testing practices Understanding of Agile and LEAN methodologies and how they support digital workplace improvements Ability to analyse issues, develop solutions and take initiative in resolving technical or business challenges Knowledge of Defined Benefits pensions and familiarity with the financial services sector Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with a focus on customer outcomes Ability to prioritise workload, adapt to changing circumstances and support team objectives A positive, collaborative approach with the ability to work constructively through change Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
