Join NiCE Public Safety as a SaaS Technical Trainer focused on delivering specialized training for digital evidence management platforms (e.g., NiCE Investigate, NiCE Justice). You’ll empower agencies and partners through engaging classroom and virtual training programs that enable rapid solution adoption. You’ll be responsible for delivering training, developing training plans, and partnering with Internal resources to create and update training materials.
