Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
Responsibilities for this Position:

• Ability and willingness to travel frequently. Travel can range from 50% to 80%.
• Expertise in facilitating technical, task-based training courses to adult audiences.
• Professional, customer-focused demeanor.
• Proficiency in installing and maintaining hardware and software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address learning issues effectively.
• Expertise in using software applications like MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of training processes, including design, development, production, and documentation/control.
• Strong internal and external relationship-building skills.
• Understanding and application of company policies and procedures to resolve issues.
• Ability to interact independently with senior military personnel or government representatives to analyze complex technical information and convert it into usable instructions.
  Salary Note: This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. • Conduct technical, task-based product training to military customers and government employees at military installations.
• Instruct customer and user personnel in both classroom and hands-on settings.
• Validate technical training courses and materials.
• Prepare lesson plans and provide feedback to training manager.
