Job Description: Write, edit, and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, tutorials, REST API references, SDK docs, and release notes Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and support teams to gather insights, confirm accuracy, and advocate for the user experience Validate documentation by testing product features, exploring APIs, and replicating behavior firsthand Maintain quality and consistency across all documentation while managing multiple projects simultaneously Requirements Native English speaker or highly proficient in written and spoken English, with exceptional writing and editing skills 4+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, ideally for developer-oriented software products Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred) Strong understanding of REST APIs, SDKs, and webhooks, with the ability to explain them clearly (preferred) Familiarity with Postman or similar tools for testing APIs (preferred) Experience using GitHub for version control and collaboration (preferred) “Detective mindset” — comfortable questioning assumptions, validating technical details, and testing things yourself Curiosity on how the features and products work Skilled at breaking down complex technical concepts into clear, concise, user-friendly content Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering consistent, accurate documentation If you're excited about building developer-friendly content and want to be part of a team that values curiosity, clarity, and collaboration, we want to meet you!
