You will play a key role in the development of our Software Development Kit (SDK). We are looking for someone with a strong background in technical writing who can collaborate effectively with engineering, product, and support teams to create comprehensive documentation. REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Technical Communication
• 3+ years of experience as a technical writer with a preference for the software industry
• Strong understanding of software development processes and tools
• Familiarity with API and SDK documentation standards and best practices
• Proficiency in using technical writer tools and software
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Fluency in English

• Create and maintain API and SDK documentation along with related development materials for the platform
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to ensure the quality and accuracy of content
• Design, draft, and edit technical and process documentation
• Support the release and adoption of software through clear and concise documentation
• Research and analyze information necessary for the development or update of policy, procedure, and form documentation
• Review and copyedit content developed by other team members
• Generate innovative ideas for content and workflow solutions
• Meet with subject-matter experts to address specialized topics appropriately
• Contribute to the future development and enhancement of the platform through effective documentation
