JST is currently seeking a Senior Technical Writer to join our team.
This is a full-time ON-SITE position in Washington, D.C. JST offers a full benefit package, a collaborative work environment and strong company culture. Veterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply. This position is contingent upon contract award.

SR. TECHNICAL WRITER QUALIFICATIONS

• A minimum of 10 years of experience with technical writing.
• Master’s degree in a related field.

• Oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
• Writing skills; editing skills; collaborative; detail oriented; organized.
• Assists in collecting and organizing information required for preparation of user manuals, training materials, installation guides,proposals, and reports.
• Edit functional descriptions, system specifications, user manuals, special reports, or any other customer deliverables and documents.
• Assists in performing financial and administrative functions.
