Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities * Responsible for monitoring/maintaining shiftly good yield and settle process issues encountered during the shift (4M,1E) and reporting shiftly process status. * Machine set-up/optimization. * Machine/Process buy-off and monitoring SPC (Golden Unit/Shear test/Placement measurements). * Carry out/execute Engineering Evaluation/DOE * Reject verification and disposition. * Monitor operator compliance to process procedure. * Buy-off/qualify newly trained operators. * First level failure analysis for VMI/Aligner defects. * Perform task given by his superior, Engineer or Manager. Education & Experience * Diploma in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics Technology/Engineering * Experience in Optical Alignment/Die Attach process is an advantage Skills * SPC * Windows, Excel, Power Point, Word * Work effectively with other members of Coherent Corp. xxxxx. * OGP/Nikon measurement. * Shear Test Working Conditions * This role is 100% onsite.
