Responsibilities Lead a team of staff to perform inspection, checking, verification and supervision on maintenance activities for Air-conditioning system that carried out by contractors in stations and depots Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve related technical issues, and inspect contractors’ air conditioner installation works on site Verify installation quality and safety practices Provide assistance in preparing maintenance documentation in relation to safety, quality and environmental issues Requirements Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / Building Services Engineering / Building or equivalent A minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience, of which 1 year should be at supervisory level Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem solving skills are essential Remarks Candidates with extensive experience but lower qualification will also be considered Required to perform shift duties and work on weekend and public holidays, when and where required Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms The above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12,000, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme
