Description

Responsibilities Perform inspection, checking, verification and supervision on maintenance activities of Architectural, Builder Works and Finishing (ABWF) and Plumbing & Drainage System (P&D) that carried out by contractors in stations and ancillary buildings Provide assistance in preparing maintenance documentation in relation to safety, quality and environmental issues Liaise with contractor, station landlords and other stakeholders to facilitate the maintenance works Requirements Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Building or equivalent A minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience, of which 1 year should be at supervisory level Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills are essential Remarks Candidates with extensive experience but lower qualification will also be considered Required to perform shift duties and work on weekend and public holidays, when and where required Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms The above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12,000, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme
