Responsibilities Lead a team of staff to perform inspection, checking, verification and supervision on maintenance activities for responsible facility systems / equipment that carried out by contractors in stations Supervise the team to resolve related technical issues, support equipment failure investigation and recommend long-term improvement initiatives Provide assistance in preparing maintenance documentation in relation to safety, quality and environmental issues Liaise with contractor and other stakeholders to provide expert advice on Station/Commercial facilities Respond promptly and effectively to emergency maintenance requests and after-hours calls Ensure all work performed by the team meets quality standards and regulatory requirements Requirements Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / Building Services Engineering / Building or equivalent A minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience, of which 1 year should be at supervisory level Basic knowledge on Low Voltage and Builder work Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem solving skills are essential Remarks Candidates with extensive experience but lower qualification will also be considered Required to perform shift duties and work on weekend and public holidays, when and where required Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms The above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12,000, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme
