Responsibilities Lead a team of staff to perform inspection, checking, verification and supervision on maintenance activities for responsible facility systems / equipment that carried out by contractors in stations Supervise the team to resolve related technical issues, support equipment failure investigation and recommend long-term improvement initiatives Provide assistance in preparing maintenance documentation in relation to safety, quality and environmental issues Liaise with contractor and other stakeholders to provide expert advice on Station/Commercial facilities Respond promptly and effectively to emergency maintenance requests and after-hours calls Ensure all work performed by the team meets quality standards and regulatory requirements Requirements Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / Building Services Engineering / Building or equivalent A minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience, of which 1 year should be at supervisory level Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem solving skills are essential Remarks Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms Required to perform shift duties and work on weekend and public holidays, when and where required The above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12,000, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme Candidates with lower qualification but extensive experience will also be considered
