Description
Responsibilities Lead a building maintenance team to perform maintenance activities of Architectural, Builder Works and Finishing (ABWF) and Plumbing & Drainage System (P&D) in nature and civil assets for all station systems / equipment in stations and ancillary buildings within the responsible line(s) Perform repair, modification, preventive and corrective maintenance works, carry out equipment failure investigation and recommend long-term improvement methods Monitor maintenance contractor’s quality, safety, performance and co-ordinate the C&R Works on site Assist in preparing maintenance documentation in relation to safety, quality and environmental issues Requirements Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / Building Services Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience, of which 1 year should be at supervisory level; or Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / Building Services Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience, of which 1 year should be at supervisory level, or Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem solving skills Remarks Candidates with extensive experience but lower qualification will also be considered Required to perform shift duties and work on weekend and public holidays, when and where required The above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12,000, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme
