Job Description To utilize education and experience in the efficient operation, maintenance and repair of the physical plant, structure, utility services, equipment, fixtures, and furnishings for the hotel facility and staff housing complex. KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Communicate with engineering management and team leader in regards to possible improvements and increased efficiency. Carry out planned and unplanned maintenance programs for the various systems such as : air-conditioning & electrical, refrigeration, FLS equipment, building maintenance including furniture & fixtures, painting, parts renewal & repairs, kitchen and laundry equipment, low voltage (LV), guest rooms, F&B outlets, function/banquet areas, front/back of the house, plumbing & drainage etc. Co-ordinate/inform engineering management and team leader of any disruptions to service of any kind. Attend daily engineering staff briefing. Assist in preparation of consumption reports on power, water, steam, and gas as appropriate. Always utilize safe work practices, efficient methods and proper preventative maintenancece and repair to equipment. Share knowledge and mentor technicians to assist in their development. Any additional duties assigned.
