In this role, you’ll play a key part in the planning and execution of engineering projects, bringing your expertise to bear on complex challenges. You’ll serve as a valuable resource, collaborating on diverse tasks that drive innovation and excellence within our engineering initiatives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Collaborate closely with engineers to build, test, and refine commercial aircraft seats and furniture, ensuring each component meets rigorous standards for safety and performance.
• Provide expert technical support to engineers across a wide range of tasks, contributing to the successful completion of critical projects.
• Engage in detailed discussions with engineers to understand and evaluate the nuances of test article builds, test procedures, and results, providing insightful feedback and recommendations.
• Utilize proficiency in hand tools to support various technical and assembly tasks, ensuring precision and quality in all work performed.
• Apply knowledge of basic mechanical and manufacturing concepts to assist in the design, testing, and troubleshooting of aircraft seats and furniture.
• Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills to effectively collaborate in a team environment and convey technical information clearly.
• Leverage basic computer proficiency to document test results, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records.
