Job Description: The PLP Senior Equipment Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of semiconductor manufacturing equipment used in wafer-level packaging processes. This role ensures maximum equipment uptime, process stability, and adherence to safety and quality standards while providing technical leadership to junior technicians. Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on WLCSP equipment (e.g., lithography tools, grinders, bonders, molders, plasma cleaners, testers). Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and software-related equipment issues. Minimize equipment downtime through rapid root cause analysis and effective corrective actions. Maintain accurate equipment logs, maintenance records, and documentation. Support Night shift activities such as continuous circulation of chemical baths, Tool Alarms reset and troubleshoot Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, or related field.
