JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepare and review detailed structural and civil drawings (using AutoCAD)
• Ensure that all drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and codes of practice.
• Assist in site inspections and ensure that construction activities follow approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors and sub-contractors to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor work progress, workmanship quality, and safety compliance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of design changes, site instructions, and as-built drawings.
• Prepare progress reports and technical documentation as required.
• Liaise with civil/structural engineers, architects, and other engineering disciplines for integrated design solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians/drafters

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Fluent in English in both written and oral communication
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders
• 4 years of experience in construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and safety regulations.

  Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,800.00 per month
