The Center for Food Innovation is looking for a Senior Technician Food Technology to join the Food Science and Product Development team of Enzyme House.

• Accurately plan, prepare, and carry out enzyme biochemistry experiments in an independent fashion, involving for example enzyme activity assays using spectrophotometric methods and enzyme incubations in relevant food matrices.
• Execute developed automation workflows using liquid and solid handling robots in an independent fashion.
• Plan and conduct experiments based on technical hypotheses, analyze the collected data, and discuss with scientists and fellow lab technicians.
• Enhance laboratory efficiency by automating workflows.
• Present findings, draw conclusions, and recommend subsequent actions.
• Oversee and troubleshoot analytical equipment, ensuring their proper maintenance.
• Prioritize safety in all tasks and activities
