REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 5 years of electrical experience (essential).
• Water purification experience (important).
• Technical aptitude – ability to assess, diagnose, and resolve system issues.
• Sales knowledge – confident in quoting and offering tailored solutions.
• Plumbing experience or knowledge (advantageous).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:

We are looking for a hands-on, experienced Senior Technician to join our growing team. This full-time, senior-level position is ideal for someone with strong plumbing and electrical experience, a technical and diagnostic mindset, and a background in water purification systems. The ability to quote and consult with customers on-site is a key part of the role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot water purification systems for residential and commercial clients.
• Conduct on-site assessments and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Prepare and present customer quotes directly on-site.
• Deliver excellent service and assist in on-the-spot sales consultations.
• Support and guide junior technicians as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of service visits and work completed.
