Manufacturing Support: Provide IT support for semiconductor manufacturing systems and maintain NOC blocking issue flow. Shift Operations: Ensure 24/7 availability of IT services through shift-based operations. Audio-Visual Setup: Configure and maintain conference room AV systems and signage solutions. Technical Expertise: Advanced troubleshooting for IT hardware/software and network connectivity. Certifications: Preferred - CompTIA Experience: Minimum 4-6 years in IT field services or infrastructure support. Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work independently. Knowledge Areas: Semiconductor manufacturing environment, ITIL processes, and SLA adherence.
