Job Overview 综述 Mainly be responsible for mechanical, mv/mi, exposure test Responsibilities 职责 Proficient in EM product & instrument technical details; independently resolve complex technical issues efficiently. Leverage operational experience to proactively propose and implement technical/safety improvements, ensuring compliance with ISO 17025, EHS, and lab safety protocols. Lead cross-functional projects: collaborate with customers, business teams, and external contacts; track/present progress, design action plans, and demonstrate clear leadership. Serve as PPR area lead trainer: guide new hires and the team with experimental direction, training, and task execution support (monitoring progress, aligning objectives, resolving bottlenecks). Operate with minimal supervision, aligning actions with management vision; model strong work ethic and results focus to drive team performance. Undertake other tasks assigned by management as needed. Qualifications 要求 Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Polymer Materials, Chemical Engineering or related major. Advanced expertise in polymer testing instruments, and complex troubleshooting. Proven project leadership and cross-functional/external stakeholder management skills. Strong training, mentoring, and team coordination abilities. Intermediate-advanced English for technical communication and external interactions. Demonstrated initiative in process improvements and team collaboration.
Responsibilities
