Job Purpose Qualification: Graduate; 1st division in 10th, 12th and B.Sc., DMLT or BMLT (Lab Technologist) Relevant Experience: 0 - 3 years of experience in field of Lab Services Responsibilities Responsible for handling the specimens and independently performing routine tests in the laboratory from established procedures or protocols. Responsible for operating the instrument. Prepares solutions, reagents, and stains following standard laboratory formulas and procedures. Ensure all the reports are ready at specified time. Taking stock of all the reagents and consumables. Any breakdown of instruments should report to the clinical biochemist. To update the daily maintenance, temperature charts & log books. Contributing to general maintenance of the laboratory, equipment and supplies. Responsible for the general cleanliness of the department. Requirements and skills Familiarity with professional and technical emerging knowledge Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task. Compassionate with good communication skills. Excellent teamwork skills Sc., DMLT or BMLT (Lab Technologist)
