Description
For more than 30 years, the company has been at the forefront of biomaterial science and process innovation, and the leading resource for global medical device and pharmaceutical companies. Required to complete weighing and dispensing the required raw materials for the synthesis of production and engineering runs. Ensuring that the reactor and ancillary equipment are clean and ready for use. Responsible for operation of and cleaning all reactors, extrusion equipment, pressure pots, drums and other ancillary equipment that are needed for the synthesis of DSM Biomedical products. Provide sifting, packaging, GMP labeling procedures and extruding support as required. May be required to support training of other team members. Responsible for recording and maintaining operating inventory of processing chemicals cleaning solvents from warehouse and proper documentation of the expenditure of these materials under GMP logs and SAP. Responsible for revising current cleaning procedures when needed. Perform the disposal of Hazardous Waste that is generated daily and provide training for this process to other team members as needed. Responsible for the minor repair and preventative maintenance of manufacturing equipment. Also, aptitude and ability to follow verbal and written technical instructions. Ability to lift and handle weights up to 50 pounds. Proficient using MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant's job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location.
