As a Senior Auto Technician, you’ll perform high-quality servicing, advanced fault diagnosis, and mechanical repairs on member vehicles. You’ll support the Team Leader and the wider service centre team to achieve commercial, customer experience, safety, environmental, and team-related goals.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Service and repair a variety of light vehicles in your own dedicated workspace.
  • Perform mechanical and electrical diagnostics, documenting progress and outcomes.
  • Mentor apprentices and fellow technicians, contributing to a skilled and collaborative team.
  • Step up as a Second-in-Charge (2IC) to support your Team Leader when needed.
  • Handle breakdowns on vehicles brought into the centre, sharpening your problem-solving skills.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Automotive Technician (Post Apprenticeship/Trade Certificate).
  • Strong mechanical, diagnostic, and repair expertise.
  • Valid C Class Manual Driver’s Licence; Motor Vehicle Repair Licence desirable.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a positive team environment.
