OVERVIEW

Deliverables: Strategic Business Analysis and Technical Expertise.

• Planning, scoping and development of an in-year TB/MB business case to seek approval project/funding approval.
• Engagement with IO for options analysis and assessment.

The consultant will provide strategic advice and technical expertise on Data Centre infrastructure services in order to facilitate the development of any (RFB’s) for a variety of Data Centre technologies and architecture delivered based on the client’s service specifications, standards, policies, best practices and cost models. This will include the drafting of strategic documents, presentations, financial models. The Resource will lead the business requirements of any RFB’s through working with various Government stakeholder groups to accomplish a successful RFB outcome. The Resource will also develop materials in line with the OPS service delivery processes, infrastructure policies, procedures and direction, cost models and established procurement processes. This Resource will incorporate I&IT information mandates, strategic plans, I&IT environment and standards into the materials.
