Our client is looking for a Senior Technology Architect for a 9 month contract in Toronto.
This is a hybrid role 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

Guide technical teams on architecture standards, best practices, and design principles.
Design scalable, secure, and high-performance technical solutions.
Translate business requirements into technical architecture blueprints and detailed design documents.
Ensure architectural decisions address performance, security, maintainability, and integration needs.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to ensure architecture aligns with business objectives.
Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, communicating complex technical concepts effectively.
Facilitate architectural reviews and decision-making processes.
Enforce adherence to architectural standards, policies, and frameworks across projects.
Ensure solutions comply with regulatory, security, and organizational guidelines.
Monitor and mitigate technical risks and dependencies.
Mentor and coach junior architects, developers, and engineers.
Promote knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the technology teams.
Lead architectural workshops and training sessions.
Provide technical oversight throughout the project lifecycle from inception to deployment.
Support troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues.
Assist in capacity planning, resource allocation, and estimating project efforts.
Identify opportunities to improve existing architecture and development processes.
Lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and pilots for emerging technologies.
