• The candidate needs to serve as a trusted advisor to banking clients across the full T24 project lifecycle -including Analysis & Design, Implementation, Go-Live, and Post-Go-Live Support .
• Effectively collaborate with senior management, technical and business teams, vendors, and key stakeholders to drive project success and meet objectives.
• Lead designated areas of responsibility such as testing strategy and execution, data migration planning, systems integration, cutover planning, and implementation activities.
• Configure and validate customized Temenos T24 functionalities , ensuring comprehensive user acceptance and delivering high-quality solutions.
• Develop clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation for both internal and client-facing audiences.
• Provide technical training to client teams and end-users as needed.Contribute to the design and execution of migration strategies to ensure seamless project delivery.

TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in technical consultancy and expert services , preferably with Temenos T24 software within a banking environment.
• Demonstrated successful delivery of end-to-end T24 Core Banking and/or Wealth Suite transformation projects .
• Strong understanding of T24 architecture and design principles.
• A solid combination of technical expertise and product knowledge, with hands-on experience in one or more of the following T24 modules : Securities and Corporate Actions, Derivatives (DX), Structured Products (SY), Treasury Modules(MM, FX, and Swaps).
• Experience with Financial Accounting and GL reporting, including preparation of accounting schemas, charts of accounts, and resolving GL mismatches.
• Practical experience in T24 upgrades , TAFC to TAFJ migrations and performance tuning (advantageous).
• Familiarity with integration frameworks such as IRIS and design frameworks (preferred).
• Strong technical proficiency in: INFOBASIC, T24 JAVA API coding, JAVA, Oracle 10+ operating systems.
• Working knowledge of UNIX , AS400 , and NT operating systems , with an understanding of disk structures .
• Experience integrating T24 with Wealth Suite components , including TAP, TTI, and TDS .
