JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT roles, with a focus on DevOps and technology management.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in administering and supporting ERP systems, HR systems, MS SharePoint, and corporate websites.
  • Possess 1-2 years of project management experience; certification in PMI or knowledge of Agile methodologies is an advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in vendor and contract management, including cost negotiations, service level agreements (SLA) monitoring, and IT helpdesk oversight.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Strong skills in process automation and scripting (e.g., Python, C++, RPA tools).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with department heads to review and update IT policies, guidelines, and processes related to application security, governance, and risk management.
  • Support IT audit activities and ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee vendors in the design and implementation of IT systems to support business operations while ensuring adherence to security, development, deployment, and change management policies.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues across development, testing, and production environments to maintain system stability.
  • Implement and manage logging, monitoring, and alerting systems for proactive system management.
  • Ensure security and compliance across IT infrastructure and software deployments.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure smooth and reliable system operations, including performance monitoring and issue resolution.
  • Support IT helpdesk functions and oversee vendor performance in tracking and resolving IT support tickets.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process automation to enhance operational efficiency.
