OVERVIEW:

Senior leadership role within Core Technology Infrastructure, responsible for transforming network operations through advanced analytics, AI-driven automation, and data-driven strategies. The position emphasizes operational excellence, risk reduction, and global team leadership, aligned with our client’s responsible growth and great place to work initiatives.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
  • 15+ years’ experience in network operations, automation, and advanced analytics.
  • Deep expertise in network protocols, automation tools, AI/ML-driven observability, and technologies such as Terraform, Itential, NetDevOps, Splunk, Python, React JS, Django, MySQL, Redis.
  • Proven track record of building and leading global teams in enterprise environments.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and change management skills.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Agile/SCRUM knowledge.
  • Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with public and hybrid cloud networking.
