JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior Technology Manager is responsible for leading the Club’s technology function to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient operations across all systems, applications, and infrastructure. This role provides strategic leadership in technology planning, governance, and innovation while partnering with business units to enhance service delivery and the member experience. The incumbent will oversee technology strategy, vendor management, compliance, and the professional development of the Technology team, ensuring alignment with the Club’s overall objectives.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

• Windows 10 & 11 / iOS / Andriod troubleshooting
• Windows Server maintenance
• Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Sharepoint Online, Teams, etc.)
• Enterprise networking (VPN, Firewall, Switching, vLAN, WiFi, etc.)
• Experience with cyber security standards and personal data regulation
• Knowledge of club management system platforms e.g. Jonas System will be an advantage

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science or related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage issues independently.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience for managerial position.
• Candidate needs to be passionate, well organized and self-motivated.Must possess good planning and organization skills

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager to support the Club’s strategic and operational initiatives.
